: The steps for installing e-Storm software are as given below:

• Close all the open programs on your system                                   

• Insert e-Storm CD in the drive (say drive E:)

• Click on the <Start> button and select the <RUN> option

• Type E:\e-Storm\setup.exe and press <ENTER>

• Follow the instructions displayed on the screen till e-Storm is installed

• If during installation if you get Access Violation Error then click on IGNORE button and on the next dialog message click on YES button

• If during installation if you get message File being copied is older then the current version… then click on YES button.

 * After installing e-Storm software carry out the following instructions to send mails:

1. Click on Start/Programs/e-Storm/e-Storm.exe to start e-Storm software. 

2. Enter the license number given to you and click on Verify button to open e-Storm software. 

3. First you need to create e-Storm database file in which you will store your email-ids. To create e-Storm database file, click on   

   New button and give a location where you would like to save your e-Storm database file which will contain all the email-ids to 

   which you want to send your message file and give a filename and click on Save button. 

4. For adding email-ids to e-Storm database, click on the arrow button next to the Add button and from the menu displayed select 

    the option from file(s) and go to the file location which is containing email-ids and click on Open button. 

5. You will get the email ids in e-Storm database. 

6. The message file which you want to send to everyone has to be composed in Outlook Express. 

7. Open Outlook Express, click on Create Mail, write down the matter which you want to send to everyone. Then click on File  

     menu and select Save As option. Give a filename and give a location where you would like to save this file. 

8. Then in e-Storm select this message file which you have composed in Outlook Express by clicking on the blue envelope button. 

9. Below Message Details, enter your From ID, Reply-To ID, Name and Subject and then click on Send button. 

10. Select the option All and then again click on the Send button to send your message file to all the email ids present in 

       your e-Storm database.

      

4 Some of the unique features of e-Storm are:

1. Personalized Mailing: Its a common knowledge that personalized mails receive more responses than those which are not  

    personalized. e-Storm allows you to personalize mails.

 

2. Turbo Range: This feature allows the user to increase his sending speed by making simultaneous connections to various
